TheBritishambassadortoTazbekistanistaskedwithsecuringa£2billionhelicoptercontractfortheUK.ThingsbeginbadlywhenDavisaccidentallyshootsanIbex,thenationalanimal,whileonahuntingtripwiththepresident-andarefurtherjeopardizedwhenanarrogantyoungBritishhumanrightsactivistisarrestedbytheregimeontrumped-upcharges.ThisthrowsDavisintodirectconflictwithNeil,whobelievesBritainshouldbeprioritisinghumanrightsoverwinningarmscontracts.Neil,though,hasethicaltroublesofhisownwhentheTazbeksecretpoliceblackmailhimintospyingontheBritishforthem.
